View Point Health offers a full continuum of behavioral health services and supports to uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid, Medicare, war veterans and some private insured individuals across multiple locations.   • PCAR | Restoration Storehouse

    Prevent Child Abuse Rockdale/Newton PCAR provides parent education and support. PCAR helps strengthen families in their ability to raise healthy children with programs which provide nurturing parenting principles and proven strategies. PCAR provides educational programs, guidance, support groups and links to community resources as families strive to be more competent and self-sufficient. First Steps is a parenting support and education program provided to all families of newborns at Piedmont Rockdale. Parents are visited in the hospital shortly after delivery and given a “Parent Packet” of helpful information and resources. Because a new baby requires lifestyle adjustments, First Steps is a safety net for everyone. During the hospital visit by our coordinator, families are carefully assessed for needs and concerns in order to refer them to community resources and services. Mothers are also offered emotional support, encouragement and a listening ear during this new chapter in their lives. PCAR also provides monthly Car Seat Safety classes. A new car seat is provided for families who qualify upon completion of the class. All Children deserve safe and happy in their life! One Purpose - One Voice - New Day Women's Health Housing Solutions Family Healthcare Food & Clothing Mental Health Job Readiness Emergency Assistance Children Services Family Assistance Community Support Our Services "You can be sure that God will take care of everything you need" Philippians 4:19 Women's Health- offers pregnancy tests, obstetric ultrasounds for the purpose of pregnancy verification and gestational age of the baby. Other services offered include motherhood/fatherhood classes, material assistance for children from birth to 3 years old. Refuge also offers options counseling for unplanned pregnancy and post abortion healing programs. The Refuge Center clinic offers healthcare services for women including Diabetes Treatment, High Blood Pressure Treatment, Chronic Heart Disease Treatment, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Treatment, Prophylaxis Treatment, Dental Extractions, and Cavity Fillings. Mercy Heart Housing Solutions- serves the needs of women and their children experiencing temporary homelessness by giving them an opportunity to reestablish self-sufficiency in a residential setting. The program at Phoenix Pass provides participants with supportive services and the resources to recover and rebuild a productive, stable lifestyle for themselves and their children. Phoenix Pass of Atlanta Ministries is an 501c non-profit organization that provides housing and comprehensive support services to the homeless and people at risk in order to facilitate changes in their lives. Serenity House provides reentry support services, transitional housing, life skills coaching and outreach activities. We aim to inspire individuals that are affected by incarceration and homelessness. Second Chance Pursuit ​ Healthcare- offers Medical and Dental care to Rockdale Residents who are 18 or older, uninsured or under insured and 200% below the Federal Poverty Level. From medical aid to dental care, the Mercy Heart Clinic provides free services to citizens that need it most. Our organization in Conyers, Georgia provides medical treatment for these specific conditions only: Diabetes, Hypertension, Chronic Heart Disease and COPD. Dental care is primarily Prophylaxis, Extraction and Fillings. Mercy Heart Clinic ​ Food and Clothing- though the Xtra Mile Food Ministry serves food and resources to over 500 people each week. One Heart Ministries offers material assistance for children from birth to 3 years old. While attending these classes, that are focused on pregnancy through 6 months old infants, parents can earn points and redeem them for material needs for their child.
